What I bring professionally:
- I've been a professional photographer on Maui for nearly 20 years
- I am a Certified Professional Photographer with Professional Photographers of America
- I am an Associate Photographer with The Portrait Masters
- My approach is to use a mix of natural light and controlled light...whatever fits your mood best. We'll work together to make your session memorable.
Get to know the person behind the lens:
- I love making head lei (flower crowns), but I still need a lot of practice (the one I'm wearing was made by a talented parent for the Seabury Hall Craft Fair)
- I love the night sky, stars, and all things whimsical
- Collaborating is one of my favorite aspects of a session and I look forward to getting to know you!
Being in front of a camera can take you out of your comfort zone, but, with the right approach, this also opens up the opportunity for great expression. My love of photography comes from my desire to reveal the brilliance in others, especially when you might not feel comfortable expressing it or perhaps you don't see it yourself.
